In-Home Computer Help

Are you having problems with software installation or upgrades? Can’t figure out how to get pictures off your camera and on to your computer? Or do you simply need help understanding how to do some things on your computer? No problem. Contact me to set an appointment and I will come to you and help you in the comfort of your home or office. I have a long history of teaching others how to understand and use their computers.

Computer Troubleshooting

Is something not working quite right? DO you have software that needs to be installed or updated? If you prefer you can drop off your computer at our shop in Nashville and I’ll take a look at it. There are some computer towers I can replace parts on. Memory upgrades on most laptops are also no problem but most laptop hardware work I will not do. If I can quickly determine it’s something I can’t correct there’s no charge. If parts must be ordered that cost is in addition to the hourly rate. Contact me for drop off location and a time as we are not in the shop at all times.

Rates

$20/hour for all of the above which includes travel time from Nashville. If additional parts or software is required that will incur additional cost.
